Faloria Mountain Spa Resort, Cortina d'Ampezzo

The hotel has a great feel with excellent location close to Cortina, spacious family rooms, and a helpful concierge service. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially the breakfast options that could use more variety. Additionally, some facilities need refurbishment, which detracts from the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, as the overall service and offerings did not meet my expectations for a high-end resort. The room situation was confusing, and I was sadly let down by the dining experience. On a positive note, the location provided beautiful views and outdoor activities, but I can't overlook the issues with service quality and breakfast options.

Our stay at Faloria was nothing short of wonderful! The breathtaking views of the Dolomites combined with top-notch service made our getaway incredibly special. The spa facilities were exceptional, though a few minor renovations could make it even better. The location slightly out of town meant we had to rely on the shuttle service for dining, which could be more frequent. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying nature.
